Data We Collect

The only personal data we collect is your email address, provided voluntarily when you join the Coplex waitlist.

Purpose & Legal Basis

Your email is used solely to notify you when Coplex becomes available. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data Retention

Your email address is retained until Coplex launches or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.

Data Location

All data is stored on servers located within the European Union (Vercel EU region, Supabase EU region). No data is transferred outside the EU.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data at any time
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: object to the processing of your data
